Since items are sold via mail order we advise great care is taken in selecting your item since exchanging it creates all sorts of logistical difficulties + costs. Following the Office of Fair Trading (Vic) rules & guidelines as relates to mail order trading allows preclusion of a refund or exchange (e.g. such as K Mart stores operate) upon request.

Should an item be damaged upon receipt (hopefully a very rare occurrence) please contact us immediately to instigate corrective action.

Web Shops Pty Ltd operates under a strict in house privacy policy.  Customers' personal details will, under no circumstances, be passed on to any third party, including banks.

Web Shops Pty Ltd does NOT operate any form of telemarketing either directly or indirectly, nor will it ever do so. We operate a strict "no unnecessary contact" policy. Unless necessary to clarify a requirement or pass on information requested no Web Shops trading unit will make contact.

All orders are accompanied by a tax invoice + transaction slip from the credit card payment terminal. The only exception being where an order is despatched (e.g. as a gift) to a third party. In this instance the documentation is sent to the buyer.
